About
A small Sofia practice, built for people who are not in Sofia
Blagovest Ryapov has spent 12 years doing Bulgarian accounting, and most of it with clients who were somewhere else. Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, the Gulf — owners who chose Bulgaria for the 10% rate and then discovered that the filings, the deadlines and the correspondence were all in a language they did not read.
That is the gap this practice exists to close. Not a large firm, not a call centre: a small team that knows each client's company well enough to notice when something is off before the tax office does.
We work with roughly the number of clients we can genuinely keep track of. When that number is reached, we stop taking new ones rather than dilute the service. It is a deliberately unambitious business model, and it is why our clients stay.

How we work
We tell you when the answer is no
If a structure will not hold up, if you do not need us yet, or if what you are planning is a bad idea, you will hear it on the first call. We would rather lose the engagement than inherit the problem.
Fixed fees, agreed upfront
We quote a fixed fee in writing before any work starts, and we do not bill by the hour. You will never wonder whether asking a question is going to cost you money, which is the point.
One named accountant
You work with a person, not a rota. They know your company, its history, and why last March looked strange.
Everything in English
Filings go to the authorities in Bulgarian because the law requires it. Everything you read is in English, including what a notice from the tax office actually means.
